Apply for a Rental
Ready to move into a professionally managed home in east Hillsborough County? Here is everything you need to know about the application process, requirements, and timeline.
Application Process — 6 Steps
Browse Available Rentals
Find a property that fits your needs and budget from our current listings. Note the property address — you will need it on the application.
Gather Your Documents
Have your government-issued photo ID, two recent pay stubs (or offer letter if new employment), and your previous landlord contact information ready before you start.
Complete the Online Application
Fill out the application through our portal. Each adult (18+) who will live in the home must submit a separate application with their own fee.
Screening & Review
We run credit, background, income verification, and rental history checks. Most applications are processed within 1-3 business days.
Approval & Lease Signing
If approved, you receive a lease for electronic signature. Security deposit and first month rent are due at signing to secure the property.
Move-In Inspection & Keys
We conduct a documented move-in inspection together, review the property condition, hand over keys, and welcome you home.
